HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders placed before noon on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders received after 12:00 (00 pm) on a business day will be processed the next business day.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

When a product is out of stock, this will be indicated underneath the product. If a product is out of stock it's not possible to order it or pre-order. Please mail us should you have any questions about the stock of a product. This way we can let you know if the products are back in stock. info@wildandsoft.com

CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

We don’t gift wrap our products, but every head and disguise comes in a beautiful giftbox.  We happily place the products inside the gift box. The gift boxes are NOT an extra cost and is entirely free of charge.

HOW CAN I PAY?

With Wild & Soft we have the following payment methods: Banktransfer, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,Paypal and IDEAL.

WHAT IF MY ONLINE PAYMENT FAILS?

Sometimes it happens that your online payment fails or you didn't have your card on hand. Don't worry, you can still do your payment by banktransfer. These are our bankdetails: IBAN - BE42 3850 5428 0354. Remember: when you pay don't forget to mention your name and order number.

HOW LONG DOES A BANK TRANSFER TAKE?

Transfers can take between 1 and 5 days to be on our account

CAN I PAY LATER?

No. Unfortunately we don't have this possibility. You can online pay with creditcard (Maestro, Visa), banktransfer, Ideal and paypall.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your order at any address (home, work, etc. , mailbox is not possible).
